Spartanburg's Downtown Library and Spartanburg's other libraries are having some AWESOME and FREE water activities for kids this week! Your children can enjoy "Making Waves" at the Downtown Library and "Wild and Wacky Water Tricks" at the Westside Library, both on Thursday, July 8!
